Heaven can wait (DEU)This choir is extraordinary: the 70 plus generation who have passed through life sings and performs the songs of their grandchildren. 35 singers have “Bock auf Rock”. The clever lyrics of the young generation, including bands like Delay, Fettes Brot, Deichkind, Marteria and others, get a new meaning. Under the direction of Jan-Christoph Scheibe, this choir delivers a rock concert that triggers storms of enthusiasm. The songs are professionally arranged and choreographed for the ensemble, and the authentic energy of these voices is impressive. Founded ten years ago in Hamburg, this ensemble, which has already been filmed for the cinema, is coming to Rudolstadt with its anniversary show “Still Alive – Wir leben jetzt”.
