Kalejdoskop Trio is a vibrant prism of Nordic folk music. Hardanger and octave fiddles, vocals, clarinet, and shruti box weave a sound that’s both raw and spacious, seamlessly blending everything from heart-wrenching hymns to groovy dance tunes. Their debut album «Kalejdoskop» made a powerful impact, leading to a nomination for Newcomer of the Year at the Swedish Folk and World Music Gala and a showcase concert at Nordic Folk Alliance. Constantly exploring new horizons within traditional music, Kalejdoskop Trio is now embarking on an exciting project, collaborating with producers from the world of electronic and electroacoustic music to reinterpret their distinctive sound.
