Chinary Junior is a Bulgarian children's dance ensemble with its very own repertoire that inspires people both nationally and internationally. Chinary Junior is part of a great idea: in 1993, choreographer Asen Pavlov founded the Chinary ensemble with the aim of uniting talented performers of Bulgarian folk dances, music and songs. At the same time, the Little Chinary dance school was established for the next generation, and thus the Chinary Junior ensemble was born. Their performances have earned them numerous awards at competitions and festivals. In 2023, the group even received a certificate from the National Section of CIOFF Bulgaria in recognition of their contribution to the preservation and popularisation of cultural heritage through folklore art.
