Legendary! It all began in 1978 when London instrument-making students breathed new life into bagpipes, hurdy-gurdies, flutes and much more. Since then, many of their tunes have long turned into standards in European folk music. Blowzabella have popularised numerous traditional dances, and they continue to thrill a worldwide fan base with their driving sound. And yet: ‘Nothing lasts forever,’ they write on their website. That's why, after 50 years, this lifetime project is gradually coming to an end. But before the band bids farewell to the stage, they will play one of their few concerts outside England in Rudolstadt!
