G.Rag & Die Landlergschwister (DEU)Brass music for brighter days is the essence of G.Rag & Die Landlergschwister. Echoing the Munich writer Heinrich Link, they believe the best way to express joie de vivre is with wind instruments. The ensemble, featuring up to 16 members, delivers this exuberance in a compelling and invigorating manner. Known for their humour, they intriguingly reimagine classics like Kraftwerk’s The Model with a dash of Alpine flair. Nowhere is safe from this band, from clubs and beer gardens to the Oktoberfest itself, showcasing their versatile appeal. Before the next Oktoberfest, they’re set to perform in Rudolstadt, bringing an eclectic mix of four clarinets, three trumpets, two bass trumpets, a tuba, drums, guitar, banjo, accordion, and vocals.
